During this time of heightened caution of the covid-19 virus, Pacific Alaska Tours remains committed to our number one priority, keeping our employees and guests safe. We have increased our disinfection policies and procedures for our motorcoaches to include daily use of electrostatic sprayers. This process is similar to what major airlines and hotel brands are utilizing to ensure that all areas inside are sanitized.
We are looking forward to returning to service when the time is right. When that time comes, you can have confidence when boarding one of our motorcoaches, it will be one of the safest places to be.
We are currently still accepting reservations for transportation and tour requests for 2020 and 2021. If you have questions regarding a current reservation, or need more information about booking a future service, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with a representative.
We understand travel plans can change at short notice, and we want you to book with peace of mind. So, we’ve revised our cancellation policy: Any service may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to departure without incurring any penalties. Should a guest fall ill within those 7 days and the service needs to be cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Our team continues to monitor updates from the CDC, as well as mandates and unfolding information in the local communities we serve, statewide throughout Alaska and Washington, and on a global level. We will keep this information as up to date as possible.
